When we can help
Contact Support with your payment reference if you were charged more than once, or if a technical issue prevented access after payment. We review genuine cases fairly.
Limits
Because content is delivered digitally, change-of-mind refunds after access is granted are limited. Completing substantial learning or earning a certificate does not by itself create a refund right.
