These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Nulvah Learning Hub (“Nulvah”, “we”, “us”), including our website, courses, pathways, assessments, certificates and related services (together, the “Service”). By creating an account, purchasing access, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Introduction and acceptance
Please read these Terms carefully. If you do not agree, you should not create an account or use the Service. Continued use after we publish updates means you accept the revised Terms.
2. About Nulvah Learning Hub
Nulvah Learning Hub is an online learning platform that offers practical, skills-focused courses and guided pathways. Our approach is summarised as Learn · Build · Grow: structured lessons, hands-on practice, assessments, and a Certificate of Completion when course requirements are met.
Nulvah certificates recognise completion of our own courses against our published learning requirements.
3. Eligibility and account creation
Learners under 13 should use an account created and supervised by a parent or guardian. Learners aged 13–17 should have parent or guardian permission.
You must provide accurate registration information, including a certificate name that reflects how you wish your name to appear on credentials.
You can also create an account by paying for a course without registering first. We create the account from the name and email you enter at checkout and email you a link to set your password. Use an email address you can access.
4. Accurate account information
Keep your profile details reasonably up to date. The name on certificates is based on the certificate name associated with your account at the time of issuance. Support can help if a genuine error needs correction where our processes allow.
5. Account security
Choose a strong password and keep your login details private. Sign out on shared devices. If you believe someone else has used your account, contact us via Support so we can help protect your learning record.
6. Courses and learning content
Each course includes modules, lessons, practice expectations and assessments as described on the course page. Content is provided for personal learning and skill development. We may improve lessons, assessments, media and structure over time to keep materials useful and accurate.
7. Course enrolment and lifetime access
When you successfully purchase a course (or unlock it through a pathway purchase), access is linked to your Nulvah account. Subject to these Terms and any suspension for serious misuse, course access is intended to remain available on a long-term (“lifetime”) basis for that account—not as a recurring subscription.
Lifetime access means ongoing ability to use the enrolled course content through the Service while Nulvah operates the platform and your account remains in good standing. It does not guarantee that every video host, third-party tool, or exact lesson layout will never change.
8. One-time purchases and pathway purchases
- Single course: a one-time payment for that course.
- Pathway: a discounted bundle that unlocks the courses included in that pathway. Each course still has its own learning requirements and its own certificate.
Purchases are tied to the learner account used at checkout.
9. Pricing and payments
Prices are shown on the Service and may be displayed in supported currencies. Payment is processed by our payment provider (Paystack). Card details are handled by the payment provider and are not stored by Nulvah as full card numbers.
10. Refunds and cancellations
Because courses are digital learning products with immediate access after successful payment, refund eligibility is limited. Where a genuine technical failure prevented access, or where a duplicate charge occurred, contact Support with your payment reference. We will review reasonable requests in line with our Refund Policy and applicable consumer law.
Simply changing your mind after substantial progress, or after a certificate has been earned, does not automatically create a refund entitlement. See the Refund Policy page for further detail.
11. Certificates of completion
A Certificate of Completion may be issued when you meet the published requirements for a course—typically including required lessons, module checkpoints, practical confirmation and the final assessment, at or above the pass standard we publish for that course.
Payment alone, or watching videos without meeting assessment rules, does not earn a certificate.
12. Certificate verification and sharing
Certificates include a credential ID and can be verified through Nulvah’s public verification page. You may share your certificate and verification link for professional or personal purposes. Do not alter certificate content in a way that misrepresents completion or identity.
13. Intellectual property and permitted use
Course materials, branding, platform software and related content are owned by Nulvah or its licensors. You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to access enrolled content for your own learning. You may not copy, redistribute, sell, publicly republish, or use course materials to build a competing product without our written permission.
14. Learner-submitted content
If you submit support messages, practical evidence descriptions or other content, you grant Nulvah permission to use that material as needed to operate the Service (for example, reviewing support requests). Do not submit content you are not entitled to share.
15. Acceptable use
Use the Service lawfully and respectfully. Do not attempt to disrupt the platform, probe systems without authorisation, share account access commercially, or harass other users or staff.
16. Cybersecurity and technical learning boundaries
Some courses discuss technical or security topics for defensive and educational purposes. You must only practise techniques in environments you own or are expressly authorised to test. Unauthorised access to systems, networks or data is prohibited.
17. Prohibited conduct
- Fraudulent payments or abuse of promotions
- Impersonation or false certificate claims
- Uploading malware or attempting to breach security
- Scraping or bulk downloading content beyond normal personal use
- Using the Service to send spam or unlawful content
18. Affiliate programme
Joining the affiliate programme is free. Affiliates earn 40% commission on purchases made by people they refer, as described on the Affiliates page. A person is credited to the first affiliate whose link or code they sign up with, or, if they had no affiliate, the one whose link they use for their first purchase. Commission on refunded purchases is cancelled, including after payout, and may be deducted from later earnings. Payouts can be requested once the available balance reaches $10. Referring yourself, misleading promotion or abuse can lead to suspension and cancellation of unpaid commission.
19. Third-party services and links
The Service relies on third parties such as hosting, authentication, payment and email providers. Third-party sites or tools linked from courses are subject to their own terms. Nulvah is not responsible for third-party services we do not control.
20. Platform availability and technical changes
We aim for reliable availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, improvements and outages may occur. We may change features when reasonably needed for security, quality or operations.
21. Course and content updates
We may update lessons, assessments, media and descriptions so content stays relevant. Where a material change affects a course you own, we will treat access fairly within the purpose of lifetime enrolment.
22. Suspension or termination
We may suspend or restrict an account where necessary to protect learners, staff, payments integrity or the platform—for example, confirmed fraud, serious policy violations or security risk. You may stop using the Service at any time. Certain records (such as payment and certificate records) may be retained as described in our Privacy Policy.
23. Disclaimers
The Service is provided on a practical learning basis. We work to keep content accurate and useful, but learning outcomes depend on your effort and context. Nulvah does not guarantee employment, income, exam success or professional licensing as a result of course completion.
24. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Nulvah is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from use of the Service. Our total liability related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the affected course or pathway, except where liability cannot be limited by law.
25. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify Nulvah against claims arising from your misuse of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of others’ rights, to the extent permitted by law.
26. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Significant changes may also be communicated through the Service or by email where appropriate.
27. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to conflict-of-law rules that would require another jurisdiction’s law. Courts in Nigeria shall have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you in your place of residence.
